200gr de açúcar<br />
125gr de café<br />
100gr de coco<br />
8 gemas<br />
25gr de manteiga<br />
açúcar e margarina para untar a forma ou formas<br />
<br />
Preparação:<br />

<br />

<li>Deitar o café e o açúcar no copo da bimby 4min/varoma/vel2</li>
<li>Juntar a margarina e deixar arrefecer</li>
<li>Numa taça a parte deitar as gemas e o coco ralado e mexer bem</li>
<li>Juntar ao preparado do copo 2min/vel2</li>
<li>Untar uma forma grande para quindim ou forminhas pequenas com a margarina e depois com açúcar</li>
<li>Levar ao forno em banho maria cerca de 20 minutos.</li>

500gr de cenoura<br />
40gr de fermento em po<br />
100gr de leite<br />
5 ovos<br />
500gr de farinha<br />
500gr de agua<br />
100gr de acucar<br />

Preparação:<br />

<li>Cozer a cenoura.</li>
<li>Depois de cozida e escorrida, deitar no copo da Bimby juntamente com a farinha, o açúcar, os ovos, o leite, a agua e o fermento, 2 min/vel espiga.</li>
<li>Deixar repousar 30 minutos.</li>
<li>Levar ao lume um tacho com óleo e quando este estiver quente deitar com a ajuda de uma colher pequenas quantidades de massa. </li>
<li>Depois de escorridos, passar por açúcar.</li>

350gr de leite condensado<br />
50gr de chocolate em pó<br />
20gr de margarina<br />

Preparação:<br />

<li>Deitar todos os ingredientes no copo da bimby 12min/varoma/vel4.</li>
<li>Verter o preparado para um prato fundo untado com margarina e levar ao frio. (eu deixo de um dia para o outro).</li>
<li>Deitar um pouco de azeite na mão para o chocolate não pegar ás mãos e fazer pequenas bolinhas.</li>
<li>Passar por chocolate granulado ou côco ralado e pôr em formas de papel.</li>

<li>Cozer o esparguete com o knorr de arroz.</li>
<li>Levar uma frigideira ao lume com azeite e cebola picadinha.</li>
<li>Juntar o atum e acrescentar um pouco de polpa de tomate e deixar cozinhar uns minutinhos.</li>
<li>Numa travessa de forno, deitar metade do esparguete seguido do preparado de atum.</li>
<li>Pôr por cima um pouco de bechamel e o resto do esparguete por cima.</li>
<li>Deitar o resto do bechamel, juntar o queijo mozzarela ralado e por fim salsa picada.</li>
<li>Levar ao forno cerca de 10 minutos.</li>

<li>Com o copo lavado, deitar todos os ingredientes do preparado de chocolate na Bimby 3min/vel3.</li>
<li>Deitar o preparado por cima do de cenoura.</li>
<li>Fechar a forma com papel de alumínio e cozer a vapor na Bimby 40min/varoma/vel1.</li>

1 lata de tomate aos pedaços<br />
Coentros<br />
Pimenta<br />
Sal<br />
Alho em Pó<br />
Azeite<br />
Queijo ralado<br />

Preparação:<br />

<li>Dar uns golpes nos peitos.</li>
<li>Deitar a lata do tomate numa travessa de forno com um pouco de azeite por cima.</li>
<li>Colocar os peitos por cima e temperar com sal, alho em pó e pimenta.</li>
<li>Nos cortes que se deu aos peitos colocar os coentros.</li>
<li>Levar ao forno cerca de 20 minutos.</li>
<li>Por cima, pôr um pouco de queijo ralado e levar ao forno novamente uns 5 minutos.</li>

1 cebola cortada as meias luas<br />

1 folha de louro<br />
Vinho tinto<br />

Preparação:<br />

<li>Num tacho colocar o azeite, a cebola, o alho em pó, a polpa de tomate, o knorr, a cenoura ralada e a salsa ou coentros e deixar refogar um pouquinho.</li>
<li>Colocar os lombos do coelho e deixar ganhar cor.</li>
<li>Acrescentar um pouco de vinho tinto, e passados uns 3 minutos acrescentar agua.</li>
<li>Ao fim de uns 20 minutos juntar o arroz e as ervilhas e um pouco de Açafrão.</li>
<li>Deixar cozer o arroz.</li>

345gr de leite<br />
6 ovos<br />
200gr de açúcar<br />
1 c. de sobremesa de Farinha Maizena<br />
3 c. de sopa de Vinho do Porto<br />
Caramelo Liquido<br />

<li>Colocar todos os ingredientes no copo da Bimby e programar 30seg/vel3.</li>
<li>Untar uma forma com caramelo liquido.</li>
<li>Deitar o preparado na forma e fechar com papel de alumínio.</li>
<li>No copo da Bimby lavado, deitar 1 litro de agua.</li>
<li>Colocar a forma na Varoma com a respectiva tampa e programar 30min/varoma/vel1.</li>
</ol>

500gr de salsichas frescas de aves<br />
Alho em pó<br />
Pimenta<br />
Sal<br />
Azeite<br />
Coentros<br />
Salsa<br />
Polpa de tomate<br />
Vinho tinto<br />

Preparação:<br />

<li style="text-align: justify;">Tirar as salsichas da tripa todas para dentro de uma taça.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Temperá las com alho em pó, salsa picada, pimenta e sal.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Untar as mãos com um pouco de aeite e fazer bolinhas, reservar.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Numa frigideira colocar um bocado de azeite, polpa de tomate e coentros e deixar aquecer.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Deitar as almôndegas e deixar frita las em lume brando, ir virando de vez em quando.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Juntar um pouco de vinho tinto.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Num tacho deitar um pouco do molho que está na frigideira e juntar o arroz.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Colocar um pouco de sal e de seguida a agua morna.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Deixar cozinhar. (pode juntar um pouco mais de coentros..</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">No prato colocar o arroz, seguido das almôndegas por cima e por fim o molho.</li>

<li>Num tacho colocar o azeite e o alho picado e deixar refogar um pouquinho.</li>
<li>Deitar o pão partido aos bocadinhos e envolver com o azeite.</li>
<li>Juntar a agua quente, folha de louro e uma pitada de sal e deixar em repouso uma 10 minutos.</li>
<li>Levar o tacho ao lume ir mexendo e deitar os ovos batidos.</li>
<li>No fim deitar um pouco de salsa ou de coentros.</li>
